Sometimes an event might fill up before an Invitation Campaign has been completed. In order to notify Banzai Reach that an event is now full and cannot handle any more Registrations, follow these simple steps:
Log in to app.banzai.io.
From the event home page, click on your event name.
In the upper right corner, click Options > Event Full > Confirm.
This will pause any active Invitation Campaigns for your event and Banzai Reach will stop all outreach efforts.
Re-open an event
If you'd like to resume any campaigns, you'll need to re-open your event by following the same steps:
Log in to app.banzai.io.
From the event home page, click on your event name.
In the upper right corner, click Options > Re-Open.
This will resume all Invitation Campaigns associated with your event.
