View Participants

These are the steps to take to view the participants for an event.

  • Log in to Banzai Virtual (formerly High Attendance) as an Event Admin.
  • Hover over the Events icon (calendar) and select All Events.
  • Select the name of the event for which you want to view Participants.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Event Overview page until you get to the Event Activity section.
  • The default (first) tab is Participants. 
  • Here you can find relevant information for each Participant, such as Email, Job Title, Company, Email Opt-In, and Status.

Participant Status options:

  • Invited
  • Registered
  • Checked In
  • Checked Out
  • Cancelled
  • Can’t Attend
  • Waiting
  • Ticket Paid
  • Attended
