These are the steps to take to view the participants for an event.
- Log in to Banzai Virtual (formerly High Attendance) as an Event Admin.
- Hover over the Events icon (calendar) and select All Events.
- Select the name of the event for which you want to view Participants.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Event Overview page until you get to the Event Activity section.
- The default (first) tab is Participants.
- Here you can find relevant information for each Participant, such as Email, Job Title, Company, Email Opt-In, and Status.
Participant Status options:
- Invited
- Registered
- Checked In
- Checked Out
- Cancelled
- Can’t Attend
- Waiting
- Ticket Paid
- Attended
