Documents are designed to be internal documents assigned to Events, but you can also convert them to Content to add to a Digital Collateral Browser for external viewing.
Note: You must first have Documents attached to your Event and a Digital Collateral Browser created before following the below steps.
- Log in to Banzai Virtual (formerly High Attendance)
- Select the name of the Event from your Dashboard or the Events (calendar icon) menu.
- Click Actions > Edit Event in the upper right corner of the Event Overview page.
- Click Documents.
- Select the checkbox next to the one or more Documents you need to convert and click Convert to Content.
- Select the name of the Digital Collateral Browser you want to add these Documents to, then fill in relevant information and click Convert.
